RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The security tag attached to the items must not be cut or broken.
Return Instructions
To request return authorization, an email must be sent to [email protected] indicating the order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The return shipment must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Types of Compensation Available

Size/Color Exchange
It is possible to exchange the item for another item of the same value, if available. The new item can also be returned by following the same procedure. -
Store Credit
Once the return is received and processed, a code equal to the total value of the returned items (excluding shipping costs) will be provided to the customer for future purchases.
- The store credit can be used only once within 3 months from the date of the return.
- It cannot be combined with other store credits.
- It must be used in full for an order of equal or greater value.
- Refund
The refund will be issued as soon as the return arrives at the Sartoriale Srls warehouse and the items are inspected.
- For orders paid with a credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers within approximately 10 days and will appear on the next credit card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card company.
- For orders paid via PayPal or bank transfer, the refund will be credited back to the original account.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
- Shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The security tag attached to returned items must not be cut or broken. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and they must show no signs of use.
Each item must be returned with all original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories included with the order.
All accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product. The box must not be damaged, altered, or used as external packaging.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, components, and accompanying materials. They must also be adequately packed in the same manner as received.
For any items to which the right of withdrawal does not apply, Sartoriale Srls provides specific information directly on the product page.
However, Sartoriale Srls reserves the right to accept withdrawal requests for excluded items at its sole discretion if deemed appropriate for justified reasons.
Returns must be shipped in the original Sartoriale Srls box.
If the customer receives defective goods or if shipping errors occur on the part of Sartoriale Srls, the same return instructions apply. Sartoriale Srls reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and will cover shipping costs to return the merchandise to its facilities.
Swimwear and intimate apparel (e.g., bikinis, briefs, boxers) must be tried on over personal underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and sent back to the customer if the transparent hygiene seal has been removed or if the items show signs of wear.
Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
Sartoriale Srls reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those not compliant with all stated conditions. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Acceptance of such returns, if any, will result in a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.
For any matters not specifically addressed, the European Distance Selling Regulations will apply.
