Bidatsu handmade self-tie bow tie – beige Japanese silk with brown floral front – solid blue cashmere back
An impeccably handmade, reversible self-tie bow tie from the Shibusa collection.
Bidatsu is made of rare, beige tsumugi Japanese silk, with a textured look, from a 1960s vintage kimono, and blue, 100% combed cashmere twill fabric, by the Lanificio di Pray wool mill in Biella.
Bidatsu, with its ocher and brown floral pattern, is an impeccably stylish bow tie, featuring a Katazome embellished warp that further defines its exquisite elegance.
From the bold colors to the instantly recognizable pattern, this bow tie perfectly pairs with a white shirt and a sport coat in warm colors, or in contrast with a blue suit.
Available in both the self-tie and hybrid self-tie versions.
The bow tie arrives pre-tied, and can be self-tied thereafter. The adjustable neck strap has two sliders, to ensure a comfortable fit. The hybrid version also includes hook fasteners. In the hybrid selftied version, the bow tie is also equipped with opening hooks.
